Inspired Gaming Group and Tabcorp Holdings Enter Into Strategic Partnership

Tabcorp Holdings Ltd announced their entering into a strategic partnership with Inspired Gaming Group PLC, the largest supplier of fixed odds betting terminals in the United Kingdom, on July 5th. Tabcorp will be launching the Inspired Gaming terminals in Australia during the first half and results are expected to be high.

As part of the agreement, which is set for five years, Inspired Gaming will only work with Tabcorp in their efforts to place their new server based gaming platform in Australia. The server based platform enables operators to distribute new games to the client terminals by network. Victoria will be the first place to see the new terminals which Tabcorp will introduce later this year.

Inspired Gaming Group announced that their current trading is in line with it's expectations for the year. The first half of the year saw recorded sales of 85.3 million, an improvement over last years 83.1 million. They also saw an improvement in their machine depreciation with this year coming in at 5.9 million versus 7.4 million for the same period last year.
