Bally Technologies Acquires Slots Company Games4you

Bally Technologies has adopted a page from the strategy book of gaming equipment rival International Game Technology.

Bally Technologies announced on January 20th, 2010 that it had bought a small game manufacturer in Scottsdale, Arizona to improve its slot machine content and give the organization another development base.

Games4you is composed of former employees of Atronic Americas and Atronic International, who created the business after Lottomatica Group acquired the companies.

Like International Game Technology, which acquired Acres Gaming, Silicon Gaming and Anchor Gaming to improve its business units, Bally Technologies will add the gaming content from Games4you, which includes video slot machines, spinning-reel slot machine, video lottery machines and other gaming technology.

Bally's Chief Operating Officer Gavin Isaacs said that Games4you experience in creating one-of-a kind games that entertain players and improve revenue for casino operators will only improve Bally as a leading creator of high-performing casino games. He also said that he firmly believes that Games4you will help them offer their customers better quality slot machine gaming.
